Background

NetWorkWise is a premier education platform in the learning and development space. They empower people with expert skills and knowledge to build meaningful connections, equipping them with the right tools and training to develop robust personal and professional networks. Led by Adam Connors and headquartered in Hoboken, NJ, most of their business is currently conducted in the Northeastern United States.

 

Problem

NetWorkWise has an online footprint but has no true marketing or growth strategy. This lack of strategic voice in the networking organization industry is causing the company’s growth to plateau. These growth issues are limiting the cash flow of NetWorkWise, and could hinder western advancement throughout the United States.

Additionally, the exclusive lunch event branch of NetWorkWise is having trouble gaining traction. NetWorkWise stakeholders want a website dedicated to the “More Than Just a Lunch” meetings, including past meeting pictures and information, benefits of the meeting, and how to gain invitation to these exclusive lunches.

 

Goals

1) Increase membership engagement and acquisition (100 members by end of 2024, currently at ~40)

  • Conduct extensive market research and competitive analysis

  • Develop targeted digital marketing strategy: social media and email

  • Design new website for “More Than Just a Lunch” branch of NetWorkWise
